Smart Travel AI is not a travel agency and does not make bookings. Always verify critical details with official sources. You are responsible for your travel decisions and compliance with local laws.

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data protection law. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed as set out there.

The Service may link to third-party sites or tools (e.g., maps, booking platforms). We do not control or endorse these services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Taxes may apply based on your location.

If the Service is unavailable or materially not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@smarttravelai.org. We assess requests case-by-case. For digital services delivered immediately, statutory cooling-off rights may not apply once full access begins. This does not affect your legal rights where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or travel opportunities. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of London, UK, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
